A promising Russian infantry combat vehicle based on the Boomerang universal combat platform is designed to transport units, support them in combat with fire, destroy manpower and anti-tank weapons as well as lightly armoured vehicles of the enemy. The infantry combat vehicle is equipped with the Epokha universal combat module (Boomerang-BM) armed with a 30 mm 2A42 automatic cannon with selective ammunition (500 rounds of ammunition), a 7.62 mm PKTM machine gun (2,000 rounds of ammunition) and two two ATGM "Cornet" carrier rockets. BMP "Boomerang" was first shown to the public at the Victory Parade in 2015.
